Due to expansion, we are looking for a Stores Man to join the Maltings Off Road team.
£25,000 - £29,000 a year, depending on applicant.
(overtime available).

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods:
- Accepting deliveries throughout the day from multiple suppliers and couriers, unloading items from delivery vehicles, verifying that the received items match the accompanying paperwork and booking them onto our internal inventory system and finally transferring the goods away into the correct warehouse location.
Inspection:
- Checking for any damage or incorrect goods or discrepancies in quantities and reporting any issues to the designated staff or supplier.
Storage:
- Organizing and storing goods in allocated areas within the warehouse both for stock items and for orders ready to be shipped, you potentially may be using equipment like forklifts for heavier items. (training provided)
Inventory Management:
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels whilst using our warehouse management system.
Order Fulfilment:(for times when stock is all dealt with)
- Picking items from the warehouse, preparing them for dispatch which consist of potentially packing and labelling them with their respective couriers.
Loading:
- Loading goods onto collection and delivery vehicles for couriers which are taking the goods away to customers or other locations.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, potentially operating machinery, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
